Super Pineapple Banana Smoothie!!
So this morning I made the best smoothie… EVER! Really healthy, and low calorie. Sadly i drank my smoothie and forgot to take a pic for the blog. Well anyway here is the recipie…
1 banana, One dole individual frozen pineapple, almond milk,
Slice one banana and add one dell frozen pineapple cup, then add almond milk based on personal preference for thickness. Thats all! I added half a scoop of protein powder, but you don’t have too.
Calories: 246,5 (with protein half scoop protein powder)
